Assess your preferences using
Your Personality Snapshot Color.

Find out what makes you, you in just 10 questions, 2 minutes.
Take the Personality Snapshot: a quick 10-question quiz that gives you a Color and a profile that shows how you naturally think and act. There's no right or wrong result, just real self-knowledge.

How To Answer:
For each question, pick a number from 1 to 3:
1 = The first option is totally me.
2 = Somewhere in the middle, I do both.
3 = The second option is definitely me.
Go with your gut, your first instinct is usually the most accurate.

What is a Personality Preference?

Think of your personality as your brain's default settings. It's how you naturally show up, your thinking style, your energy, the way you make decisions and deal with people. It's not who you're stuck being. It's just your starting point.

Every person processes the world a bit differently. These patterns are what we call personality preferences or behaviour tendencies. They're shaped by how your brain is wired, the experiences you've had, and the environment you grew up in.

For example:

  • Some people are naturally outgoing and feel more alive in a crowd (Extraverts). Others do their best thinking in quiet, solo mode (Introverts).

  • Some rely on logic and hard facts. Others go by gut feeling, patterns, and people.

  • Some thrive on routines and plans. Others love to wing it and stay flexible.

None of these is better or worse.
They're just different ways of being human.

How to Actually Use This

Once you know your personality preferences, here's how you can put them to work in real situations:

  • Adjust how you say something to match how the other person actually hears and processes things.

  • Check your own energy levels, do you need to dial up or dial down in this situation?

  • Ask yourself: am I dominating this conversation, or am I giving others room to talk?

  • Am I actually contributing, or am I still processing and staying quiet when I shouldn't be?

  • Be clear and factual with people who think analytically.

  • Show empathy and connection with people who are more feeling-oriented.

The Bottom Line

Personality self-awareness isn't just about figuring out who you are, it's about using that understanding to grow, connect better with people, think more clearly, and make smarter choices. Every day.

That's why this sits inside the ABC Critical Thinking training. Knowing your personality preferences gives your critical thinking a foundation. You can't think well about the world around you without first understanding the lens you're looking through.
