• Others prefer quiet time.
• Some like to plan everything carefully.
• Others love new ideas and adventures.
All of these are great — there is no best type.
Why does this matter?
• When you understand yourself, you make better decisions
• When you understand others, you are kinder and more patient
• Differences can sometimes cause conflict — but they also help us learn from each other
