It’s a 10-question, 2-minute Personality Assessment Test that provides you with a Color and behaviors that are likely to be most common for you. There is no good or bad result. Simply self-insights and awareness.
What is a Personality Preference?
Personality is your brain’s behavioral preferences. It’s how you show up. It's your thinking style. Increasing self-awareness of your preferences empowers you to act more effectively and see others with greater empathy.
Every person thinks, feels, and behaves in slightly different ways. These patterns are often called personality types or behaviour preferences. They are shaped by how your brain processes the world, your experiences, and your environment.
Some people are naturally outgoing and energised by others (Extroverts), while others prefer quiet reflection (Introverts).
Some focus on Rational thinking, logic and facts, while others prioritise patterns, people and relationships.
Some like structure and planning, while others prefer flexibility and spontaneity.
Understanding these differences is powerful.
First, it helps you understand yourself. When you know your preferences, you can play to your strengths and recognise areas you may need to develop. For example, if you know you get distracted easily, you can build strategies to stay focused. If you prefer thinking things through, you can give yourself time before making decisions.
Second, it helps you understand others. Not everyone sees the world the way you do. When someone behaves differently, it’s not wrong—it’s just different. This awareness builds empathy, reduces conflict, and improves teamwork. You become better at communicating because you can adapt your approach to suit different people.
Third, it improves your Critical Thinking and decision-making. When you understand your natural tendencies, you can pause and think more carefully rather than reacting on autopilot. This helps you avoid common thinking traps and biases.
Finally, knowing personality and behaviour preferences helps you navigate life more effectively. Whether in friendships, school, sport, how you deal with AI, or future careers, the ability to understand yourself and others is a key life skill.
Understanding What Your Preference Mean:
-
You know your strength
-
You know your gaps
-
You know your value in a team
Once you know our personality traits and behaviour preferences you can be wiser about how you interpret situations and interact with others. These are ways you can use the preferences:
-
Adjust what you say to align with how they will hear you
-
Consider your own energy levels: do you want to tone up or down at times.
-
Am I talking too much and not allowing other people to talk
-
Am I contributing to the conversation or still thinking?
-
Be clear and factual for analytical people
-
Show empathy and connection to relational people.
In short, personality self-awareness is not just about knowing who you are—it’s about using that knowledge to grow, connect, and make better choices every day.
